I was so sorry to hear just today of Bobby's passing. He was such a pleasure to be around. He was the one who always made the effort to stay connected to the Lassiter family and I appreciate it so much. He was a better historian of our family than I will ever be. We'll surely miss him.

Bob was one of the managers at the Tuscaloosa Post Office when I began my career in 1967. No only was he knowlegable, he was always fair. My lasting memory of him will be his smile ~ his smile said it all. I was also priveledged to have known June, who was a fine woman, beautiful from the inside out, and Marilyn, who brought him so much happiness. To say he will be missed by all who knew him is an understatement. Wishing his family, extended family, friends and aquaintences heartfelt condolences. Those of us who love each other in the Lord NEVER say "good-bye" for the last time." I take some solace in that he is more alive now than he has EVER been! Love and Prayers to all, Peggy Gay Morgan Webster
