Shawna Seale Obituary
Shawna was born in Odessa, Texas on August 25, 1980. She was a loving mother, a precious daughter, and a caring sister and friend. Shawna's passion was being with her two children. The time Shawna spent with Cody and Maddy created memories that will last a lifetime. They enjoyed taking family trips, swimming in NeNe and Pa's pool, pampering Maddy at the “nail shop”, and taking Cody riding on 4-wheelers and go-carts. Taking care of her children's wants and needs was her primary drive in life. Personally, Shawna loved to hunt, dance, and listen to country music.
Her childhood was spent in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, and in 1998, she graduated from Iraan High School. Shawna attended Shelton State Community College in Tuscaloosa, Alabama in pursuit of a nursing degree. She had recently moved back to Texas to be close to family, friends, and those she loved.
Shawna is survived by her son, Cody Lane Seale and her daughter, Madison Nicole Seale; her children's father, Charles “Chuck” Seale; her parents, Ridgy and Necia Graham of Iraan, Texas, and Leslie Graham of Tuscaloosa, Ala.; her sister, Christina Barton and children Cade, Cara, and Cali, of Reform, Ala.; her brother, Jacob Graham and his wife, Christy of Iraan, Texas; her grandparents, Shirley Graham of Sheffield, Texas, Sarah Green of Robert Lee, Texas, and Alicia Sconiers of Iraan, Texas; and many uncles, aunts, cousins, and family friend, Jake Wilson.
She is preceded in death by her grandfathers, Edgar Sherwood Graham, Bobby Green, and “Papa” Neal Sconiers.
Memorial services will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, September 3, 2011, at Ellis Funeral Home in Midland, Texas.

My heart is heavy today. I just learned of your loss, and can't even comprehend it. You have suffered such pain in the last few weeks. I wish my words could help you understand, but they are only words. Just please know you are in my heart and prayers everyday, I love you and always will. My sweet Shawna! You have been taken from us way to early. I am a better person for having known you. You had an infectious spirit and smile that will never be forgotten and will live on in your children. You touched so many in your short years that we shared with us here on earth. I just want to see your beautiful smile one more time!!! What I would give for that! Life will not be the same without you!
