Very sad news to hear of Eric's passing. I was a classmate of Eric's and a fellow Sachem and Trackmate. My thoughts and prayers are with his family and many friends. We did not connect again after College but I never forgot his quick wit, easy smile and his most generous and kind nature. I was proud to call him a friend. He was a gentleman on and off the field and oh how he could run..... You will be sadly missed.

i was deeply saddened to learn about Eric's passing.

He was my cousin and I have many fond memories of playing in the brook across the street from my mom's house in Derry.

Sharing adventures and good times was part of my childhood with Eric, his brother Bill and Sister Marty.

He was an excellent football player and I would travel out of town to see him outrun everyone on the field. He was outrageously fast.

He never let the accolades of helping to win games stand in the way of being sensible about who he really was. Just a regular guy who liked playing football.

He had a quick wit and great smile. When we were young, I remembered he always looked for the fun side of things.

His enthusiasm made him fun to be around because it rubbed off on you.

i will miss his being in this world.

My condolences to his wife, family, and friends.

Respectfully,

Myrna (Durost) Adams

I am saddened to hear of Eric's passing-I was a classmate in high school and fellow running back. Eric was a wonderful young ma and he certainly will be missed by his family. a man of accomplishment, a quiet young fellow when I knew him best. I think he would be happy if I said, 139 reverse-his favorite play as I recall. Condolences to his entire family-you are in my heart here in Israel. Love don morris
