James Oldakowski Obituary
James was born in Waterbury, Conn., on Sept. 27, 1950, a son to Chester and Elizabeth Oldakowski. He relocated to New Hampshire in 1987 where he has resided for 29 years.
James received a degree in Engineering and pursued that interest for most of his career. Most recently, James was employed by the US Air Force as a Senior Cost Analyst.
James enjoyed spending time at the lake with family and friends. He also had a passion for classic cars and met many friends through this interest. He loved being the host of many gatherings for his friends at the lake and at his home. James was also an avid music lover.
He leaves behind a very special person, Maureen Juliano; his beloved sons, Christopher and Kyle; his mother, Elizabeth; his brother, Edward, and wife Nancy; his sister, Joyce; many nephews and nieces; as well as many friends and coworkers who will greatly miss Jim's big personality and love of life.
James was predeceased by his father, Chester.

SERVICES: Calling hours will be held on Thursday, Sept. 29, 2016, from 5 to 7 p.m. at Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch St., Derry, N.H. I am shocked and saddened to k know about Jim’s passing, may he rest in 0
peace. I met Jim in 1999 when I lived in Derry. He was a very giving gentle soul. I moved away and lost touch but he truly was a good friend. Had so many pleasant times at his lake house and his boat. Heartfelt condolences to his family!

So very sorry to hear about Jim's passing...I only met him a few years ago at the lake, but found him a true gentleman, a wonderful father and fun to be around. You will be missed by me and many. R.I.P.
