Felix Ruiz Muniz
HARLINGEN,TX.-
Felix Ruiz Muniz, age 83, died at his home in Harlingen, Texas on Friday, November 19, 2010.
Born the 8th day of March 1928 in San Benito, Texas, was a resident of Harlingen, Texas. He was preceded in death by his wife, of 52 years, Maria R. Nava Muniz, and his parents.
Survivors include his sons, Joe Luis (Diana) Gutierrez, Ramiro (Julie) Gutierrez, Felix (Susan) Muniz, Jr., David (Sandra) Muniz and Rene (Delia) Muniz; his daughters, Elvira Muniz (Hilario) Muniz, and Estela Muniz; his 16 grandchildren; and his 29 great grand children and 1 great great grandchild.
Visitations will be held on Saturday, November 20, 2010 at Trinity Funeral Chapel from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. with final visitations on Sunday morning from 10 a.m. - 1 p.m. and Funeral Services at 2 p.m. cremation to follow.A very special Thank You to Dr. Maria Munoz of San Benito for all that she did for our beloved father and for our family, we will always be grateful. We would also like to thank Odyssey Hospice of Brownsville.
