Doris Revie, 83, passed away in Thousand Oaks and is formerly of Anaheim. She was born and raised in San Francisco and worked as a secretary for the US Navy during WWII. She received her bachelor and master's degrees in elementary education from Cal State Long Beach and taught elementary school for 25 years in the Cypress School District. She was married for 38 years to Virgil, who passed away in 1984.
Beloved mother of Steven (Jean) Revie and Dennis (Penny) Revie. Also survived by 8 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Graveside service 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 7 at Forest Lawn, Cypress.
