I was sorry to read that an old dear friend of mine had passed away. I met Richard while working for the Housing Authority and from there became very good friend's. Richard was a very good employee of the Housing Authority and was always willing to give a helping hand to any of the tenants. I will always have fond memories of our days as Housing Authority employees. Richard will be deeply missed by all those that got to know him. My thoughts and prayers are with all of his family members and friends. May God have mercy on Richard by openning up the gates to heaven for him as he is deserving of no less.
