To the Flowers Family-- My dad , LeCount R. Davis Sr., told me of Mr. Flowers death and I wanted to offer my condolences. Our family had the football connection with your family among Im sure, other connections. My brother, Garland Davis (now deceased) played football i think, with David or Duane or both. All four of LeCount's kids--LeCount Jr., Garland, Felandria and me (MIchelle) went to Winston Churchill High in Montgomery County. Well enough background. Im one of Jehovah's Witnesses, and I have been comforted by the Bible's promise at John 5: 28 and 29 which says in part, "Do not marvel at this, because the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will here his voice and come out...." Also Acts 24:15, apostle Paul says, "and i have hope toward God, which hope these men themselves also entertain, that there is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous". Revelation 21:3 and 4 speak about a time on earth when we will no longer have to experience death. All these promises will be fulfilled through God's kingdom (Matthew 6:9, 10). I would love to send you some comforting information based on the Bible's hope if you would like to receive it. Please let me know. ---Michelle Martin 5539 Zion Ridge Terrace Richmond Va. 23234 . I only knew Mr. Flowers a short time. Every time he had a new grandchild, he would get a "baby" trophy with name of baby, weight, length, and date.
My prayers and sympathy to the family.
