GEORGE ARKWRIGHT, JR.  
On Tuesday, February 1, 2011. Beloved father of Maria, Christine, George, V. and their mother Michele Arkwright; devoted son of George and Anne Arkwright; brother of Mary Jean Mayles (Andrew), Anne Marie Arkwright (Gary) and Thomas Arkwright (Adriene), beloved uncle of Connor Mayles and Adrianna Arkwright. Also survived by many relatives and loyal friends. Friends may call at FAIRFAX MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 9902 Braddock Rd., Fairfax, VA from 2 to 5 p.m. on Sunday, February 6. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, February 7 at Good Shepherd Catholic Church, 8710 Mt. Vernon Highway, Alexandria, VA at 12 noon. Interment Fairfax Memorial Park followed by a reception at George Mason Inn, 4352 Mason Pond Dr., Fairfax, VA 22030. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Sidney Kimmel Comprehensive Cancer Center, George Arkwright Memorial Fund, c/o Dr. Dan Laheru, Cancer Research Building #1, Room 4M09, 1650 Orleans St., Baltimore, MD 21231-1000.
