Richard H. Mayfield
Richard Mayfield died on Sunday, January, 24, 2016 at the age of 94. He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Caroline Cromelin Mayfield; first wife, Anne Mayfield; three daughters from his first marriage, Elinor Biller (Gary), Nancy Mayfield (Rick May), Anne Mayfield, also known as Jan (Gus Mohammadi); five grandchildren and his wife''s children and grandchildren. A memorial service will be held on Friday, February 26 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Columba''s Episcopal Church, 4201 Albemarle St. NW, Washington DC followed by a private interment at Oak Hill Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the Washington National Cathedral, (202) 537-6200 or the Masonic & Eastern Star Charities of DC, (301) 654-3172.
