JOYCE BLAINE MARTIN
Joyce Blaine Martin, 92, of Martinsburg, WV, formerly of Arlington, VA passed away Monday, January 23, 2017 at Williamsport Retirement Village. She is survived by one sister, Wanda Pever and husband George; one nephew, Howard Dean Keller; one great-niece; and one great-great-nephew.Funeral services will be held on Thursday, January 26, 2017 at 11 a.m. at Brown Funeral Home South Berkeley Chapel in Inwood with Pastor Tim Butler officiating.
