Jean and Gordon enjoyed traveling throughout the United States and had visited practically every state. She volunteered as a Gray Lady at St. Joseph's Hospital for twelve years. She is further survived by a sister, Faith Mayer of White Bear Lake, MN, two sisters-in-law, her guardian angels, Margaret "Peg" McHugh of Marshfield and Delores "Mutzie" Nest of Mosinee, and her dear friend, Irene James at the Aster Community.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Gordon, brothers, Gordon "Buddy", Robert "Bob", Patrick, and James "Jimmy" McHugh, and sons-in-law, Jim Gasper and Leon Bongey.

The family wishes to extend special thanks to the caring staff at Aster Retirement Community, Marshfield.
