Hari Mohindra Obituary
Retired as the Undersecretary for the Government of India, Department of Transport, "Papaji", as he was known to many, devoted his life to his family. He moved to the United States over thirty years ago and was a resident of Yuma for over twenty.
Papaji was a well read, well-travelled, and religious man who researched and translated religious books from Sanskrit. He was inquisitive and passionate about always learning more. An inspiration to all who knew him, he will be deeply missed and even more fondly remembered.
Preceded in death by his beloved wife of 69 years, Usha, he is survived by their six children: Kusum Sud (Vijey), Ajit (Sushma), Vijay (Shashi), Vinod (Savita), Suman Pangasa (Rakesh), and Ajay (Madhu), as well as ten grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
Funeral services and cremation will be held on Saturday, September 28th at Desert Valley Mortuary at 4 pm.
