Mike has always been fun at the pinball shows! The collecting hobby has lost a good friend...we all at TNT Amusements pass on our sincere condolences to the family.

It was my honor and pleasure to know Mike. I first met him at the Wizard Pinball convention. I admired his kindness and deep sincerity. He would always ask if I needed help unpacking for the show. Several times he stayed after everone else had packed up helping me load my van. I was impressed by his giving nature. One year I surprised him and gave him a Pinball backglass for all his help. He was taken as he never expected anything. He will be dearly missed. My deepest sympathy goes out to his family. Steve at Mayfair.

My thoughts and prayers are with the entire Kerns family.

I knew Mike through the pinball hobby. He was an asset to the entire pinball community. What a great guy! He helped yearly with the Pinball Wizards show and asked for nothing in return. I looked forward to seeing and working with him every year. I remember helping him move his games to his upstairs arcade several years ago. Mike my friend, you will be missed. Play a game for us all in Heaven.

I cannot tell you how sorry I am for your loss. I knew Mike through the pinball hobby. I saw him in Akron and also talked with him at the Allentown show this year. He offered us help while we were setting up our vendor spot. He was a great person to talk with, carried a genuine smile, and I could tell he enjoyed life. I am very saddened. The pinball community has suffered a great loss.

I worked with Mike for many years. He helped us all learn how to use the computer when it first became common in the workplace. I always enjoyed talking to Mike about work,he was relentless in getting things done, but it always had to be done right.I also loved hearing about his many activities and unique interests outside work[like pinball machines].And he was always very proud of and clearly dedicated to his family.
