To Joanna's Family,
I had the pleasure of participating in the water aerobics class at the Portsmouth Naval Medical Center pool with Joanna. She always brought a smile to the class and even named her favorite exercise, "the Joanna stretch". In no time, we all referred to that exercise in the same manner. I shall think of her each and every time i do "the Joanna stretch".

Allen, Charles and family,
I'm so sorry to hear about your loss of your wife/ mother. I wish we could be there to provide some comfort and support. I'm glad we made the trip to visit in April. We had a great time.
