Constatine Brown Obituary
Constatine Brown Sr. PORTSMOUTH - Constatine Brown Sr. of the 4000 block of Greenwood Drive, passed away Nov. 7, 2008. He was born Aug. 16, 1947, to Mildred and Nehemiah Brown Jr. in Norfolk. He is survived by two sons, Constatine Brown Jr. and Jonathan Brown, both of Norfolk; four sisters, Regenia Justice and Wilhelmina Peck, both of Chesapeake, Priscilla Feaster and Mildred Clark, both of Portsmouth; six brothers, Nehemiah Brown III, Clyde Brown, Montgomery Brown, Nathaniel Brown, Samuel Leroy Hardy, all of Norfolk and Cecil D. Brown of North Carolina; three grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends. A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday by Minister Clyde Brown in Carlos A. Howard Funeral Homes, Norfolk Chapel. Interment will be in Greenlawn Cemetery, Hampton. The remains will be ready for viewing today from 3:30 to 8 p.m. The family will assemble at 10 a.m. at the residence , 207 W. 35th St., Norfolk, for the procession. www.carlosahowardfuneralhomes.com.
