Manuela Friedlander Obituary
Manuela K. Friedlander MOYOCK - Manuela "Mani" Kolovrat Friedlander, 39, a devoted mother and wife, passed away Nov. 29, 2008. She was born in Cleveland, Ohio, to Anton and Erika and graduated from North Miami Beach Senior High School. Missed dearly by family, friends and all those whose lives she touched, her smile, fun, laughter and memory are left to be cherished by her best friends and wonderful husband of 16 years, Lee C. Friedlander and their two beautiful boys, Kyle, 8, and Zachary, 6; her brothers, John and Anton; and her sister, Elizabeth. A viewing will be held in Moyock Methodist Church today from 6:30 to 8 p.m. with services at 8 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to Mani's Memorial Fund c/o Kyle and Zachi at any Navy Federal Credit Union or by mail to NFCU, P.O. Box 3000, Merrifield, VA 22119 or by calling 888-842-NFCU. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.twifordfh.com.

It's been a long time but I remember hanging out at the TLA when we all first got to Naples and going dancing at that little place in Pinetamare. You were always smiling and joking and giving someone a hard time. Our hearts go out to Lee and those beautiful little boys. Rest in peace Mani.

Mani, you are missed more than you know. You were one of my first friends in the Navy, our group will never be the same. I take peace knowing that a part of you lives on in all of those your short life has touched. I pray for peace for your dear husband Lee, and children. We will miss Mani very much. She was so much fun to be around, such a joy to have in our lives. We will miss seeing her at the games and around the neighborhood. We will remember and love her always.
