I am just now sadly learning about Mrs. Goode's passing away. I was in Upstate NY at that time. The Goode family was part of some families who traveled together while in the military. I last saw Mrs. Goode at her frame shop in the mid to late 1980s. I enjoyed her and am hoping that God continues to fill the emptiness she leaves in the lives of her family and friends.

Please accept my sincere condolences for your loss. Liz has been framing my cross-stitch for more than 20 years. I always enjoyed talking with Liz when I would visit the shop, and she sure did love to talk. When my daughter was about 6 she drew a picture while Liz and I were picking out mats and frames. That picture hung on the wall behind the counter for many years. About 2 years ago Liz surprised me by framing that picture and giving it to me. I was so touched by her gesture. I will surely miss her.

I was so sorry to read of Liz's passing. She was such a fun person. My home is filled with all kinds of things beautifully framed because of Liz. She had such a talent. My condolences to her family.

Mrs. Goode's son, Robert, is a coworker of mine, as well as a former supervisor of mine. I'd never met Mrs. Goode, but I'm truly sorry to hear of her passing-on. I'm sure she was a very pleasant person, as is her son and daughter-in-law. May she rest in peace.
