Dianne Eades Obituary

Dianne J. Eades IVOR - Dianne Sue Joyner Eades, 65, passed away Thursday, Sept. 10, 2009, at Consulate Healthcare in Windsor. She was born March 20, 1944, in Southampton County. Sue was a member of Tucker Swamp Baptist Church. She is survived by two sons, Sixx Raven Crow Carter and Michael Eades; a sister, Ruth Ellen Burch and husband John; four brothers, Tommy Joyner and wife Paula, Gene Joyner and wife Joni, Randall Joyner and wife Lynn, Larry Joyner and wife Nancy; two aunts, Virgie Duke and Martha Cutchins; and three grandchildren. She was predeceased by her "Mama and Daddy" James and Rachel Joyner; a son, Christopher Eades; and a grandson, Logan Carter. A funeral will be held at Tucker Swamp Baptist Church in Zuni on Sunday, Sept. 13, at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Rob Edwards officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends in the Family Life Center of the church following the services Sunday and other times at the residence of Ruth Ellen Burch in Ivor. Memorial donations may be made to Tucker Swamp Baptist Church. The Purviance Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home in Wakefield is handling arrangements.
