Dear Frances, Terri,Amy & Jeff. I'm saddened to hear of the passing of Bob. You know he is having a great time singing with the angels.I'll always remember Bob in the "Carpenters Wood" singing group. That sure was a great time and Bob made it so. I just found out about him so I'm sorry I missed the memorial service. My thoughts & prayers are with you all.

What a tremendous loss for all of us who knew and loved Bob, but a wonderful gain for him! I can easily imagine him singing with that heavenly host! From the time I was a very young girl he and you, Frances, have been so important to me and both of you helped shape me into the young woman I became. Your influence and friendship have been unending. I have so many precious memories...singing in the youth choir at Indian River Baptist, going on picnics with you, eating out after Sunday services, Bob teaching me to drive at age 15, and him singing The Lord's Prayer at my wedding in 1966. Years later I sang in the adult choir when Bob was music director at Great Bridge Baptist. The fact that my Kim and your Amy were close friends for many years was like icing on a cake. I am so thankful that God allowed me to be a part of your lives; it has been my blessing. May God give you all the peace and comfort you need. Much love always, Donna Richey Schucker

Dear Frances, Terri, Jeff, & Amy
I am so sad about Bob's passing. He was such a sweet and kind person. Bob and Frances were like my second set of parents when I was growing up.you both were there when we lost my mom when I was nine years old. Bob sang at our wedding and Amy was the flower girl, goodness how time moves so quickly. I'm sorry I can't be there to see you Frances and all the kids. You are all in our thoughts and prayers.

Frances & Family,
I'm so sorry for your loss, my thoughts & prayers are with you & your Family. Mr. Truitt was such a wonderful, kind man. I picture him , seating on the couch with his arms crossed smiling & nodding. I'm so glad we all had the chance to go out to dinner Sunday night to celebrate your birthday, I know he really enjoyed seeing & hearing your children talk about the "Old Days" when they were younger. What a celebration that was.
