Nancy, I worked 2 desks away from Emma, from 1970-1975. We had a lot of fun times together, such a sweet lady. She spoke of you often. My prayers are with you & your family.

I worked with Emma at the Norfolk Police Department. She was always very nice to all of her co-workers. My heart goes out to all of her relatives.
