Gerald "Jerry" Atkinson
of Chenango Forks
Gerald "Jerry" Atkinson, 57, passed away peacefully Wednesday, September 17, 2008. He was predeceased by his daughter, Shannon and son, Chad; brothers, Charles, Robert and Kenneth. He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Shawn and Beth Atkinson; grandchildren, Reilly, Clare and Katelyn; brother, Donald; sister, Peggy; brother, Dennis; and twin brother, Gary; and his dear friend and former wife, Joeleen; several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was a retired employee of NYSEG.
At Jerry's request, there will be no Funeral Services. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family in Holy Spirit Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Wm. R. Chase and Son Funeral Home, 737 Chenango Street, Port Dickinson, on Friday (TODAY) from 4-7 p.m.
