Laury O'Connell Obituary
of Endicott
Laury O'Connell, 62, of Endicott, died unexpectedly Monday evening, October 20, 2008. She was predeceased by her parents, Jack and Mary Jane Lauterbach. She is survived by her husband of 41 years, James F. O'Connell, Endicott; her children, John and Nancy O'Connell, S.C., Shannon and Jeff Morlando, N.C., Colleen and Ron DeLuca, Nev.; two grandsons, Daniel and Domonic; her brothers and sister, Richard and Marcy Lauterbach, Wisc., Ann and Richard Bernard, Ill., John Lauterbach and friend, Chris, Ariz.; brother-in-law, Thomas and Carolyn O'Connell; sister-in-law, Marilyn and John McGlynn; several nieces and nephews. She was a member of St. Ambrose Church, Endicott. Laury was active in P.T.A. at Union-Endicott High School and Endicott Youth baseball and softball.
A Funeral Mass will be offered at St. Ambrose Church, Washington Avenue, Endicott, Friday at 9:30 a.m. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Johnson City, at the convenience of the family. The family will receive friends at the J.A. McCormack Sons Funeral Home, 141 Main Street, Binghamton, Thursday from 4-7 p.m. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy in memory of Laury may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 356 N. Midler Avenue, Syracuse, N.Y.
