Say not in grief that he is no more,
but say in thankfulness that he was.
A death is not the extinguishing of a light,
but the putting out of the lamp because the dawn has come.

Judy,
Thank you for all the many years of great memories. Tommy was a great brother-in-law and friend over the years. Deeply saddened by this sudden loss. Together you both are responsible for the 3 loves of his life. He talked of them always with great joy!!! Tommy Jr, Tammy, & Natasha will carry on all his great attributes and that great welcoming smile!
Love your sister

Many people pass through our lives, but only few make a lasting impression. Tom was one who made an impression on my life. I knew Tom as a co-worker through NYS VESID. His humor and resourcefulness was a welcome addition to the workplace. I will always remember his smile and willingness to help others....my deepest condolences to his family and friends.

To Donna, Tammy, Tom, Natasha, and John--
Warmth, compassion, an eagerness to look after others, and smiles are Tom's legacy to the world, and he has passed them down to you. I will always remember him in the living room making others comfortable with his laughter and gentle presence.
Know that there are so many who are holding you deep in their hearts during this difficult time. With love always.

Donna and family, I am stunned to hear of Tom's passing. I knew Tom through NYS employment, St. Christopher's and of course, the way he could walk circles around me at Otsiningo Park. He could power a small town with his energy. His smile and kind heart will be missed. My heart goes out to you Donna, I know that he IS the love of your life. Something I heard from someone just a few days ago, "ALWAYS BLESSINGS, NEVER LOSSES"; may that keep a smile on your face and love in your heart every day and especially through this very difficult time.

Although we only had the pleasure to know him for a few years, Tom was truly one of the most kind and gentle men we have met. With his constant smile and gentle disposition, he had a way of making people feel at ease. Most importantly, we witnessed the joy he brought to my Aunt Donna's life and to have seen that was truly special. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Aunt Donna and all of Tom's family and loved ones. He will be missed and remembered.

Tom was one of the gentlest and kindest men I have ever known. He made my mother happier than I have ever seen her, and I feel very grateful to have been able to call him a friend and stepfather. He will be missed by all who were lucky enough to have known him.
