Armando Lalli Obituary
Born in Salisbury, PA, he was the son of the late Francisco & Elisa (Porrazzo) Lalli.
A resident of Warwick since 1968, Armando was a service technician for Atlas Music Co., Providence for 42 years, retiring in 2000. As a Corporal in the US Army, Armando was a combat tank operator in the European Theater during WW II.
He was the father of Deborah A. Lawrence and her companion, Richard Polselli, of Coventry, Russell J. Lalli of Cranston, Brian D. Lalli, and wife Bobbie; and Thomas A. Lalli and wife Lisa; all of Warwick. Grandfather of Christopher Lawrence, Jesse, Thomas, and Michael Lalli. Brother of Eleanor Tomaselli of Barrington.
His funeral will be Saturday at 8 am from the Robert A. Iannotti Funeral Home, 415 Washington St., (Rte. 117), Coventry, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9 am in SS John & Paul Church. Burial with Military Honors in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Visiting hours Friday 5-8 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Alzhiemer's Assoc., 245 Waterman St., Ste. 306, Providence, RI 02906 will be appreciated.
