Margaret and Elizabeth: We just learned of George's passing, and were quite shocked and saddened! He was truly a special, gentle man and he will be missed by all who have had the pleasure of knowing him. Although it has been many years since we last saw "Uncle George", his memories are fresh in our minds. We will never forget his annual appearance as Santa @ the Childrens' Christmas Party @ Auntie Margaret's. Brittany (and we) have many fond memories of her years @ Aunty Margaret's School of Manners and Memories :-) Our sympathies and prayers go out to you at this difficult time. Another angel just got his wings!!

Your loss can be felt by many who knew this wonderful man.
My early childhood memories of "Uncle George" were of a beautiful smile, a kind heart and a gentle person with lots of laughter. My thoughts and prayers are with you, his dear family and I know he is smiling down on you from above.

Margaret, As usual, it was wonderful to see you today. But I was saddened with the news you brought with you! I am so sorry to hear of your husband George's death. You spoke of him so often....every 6 months when I saw you. And yet even though it had just been days since you layed him to rest.......you still came in for you appt. You amaze me and I really think you are as special of a person as you thought your husband was!! He will be looking over you always.......as well as the children (as you told them) Your angel for life..........and you will get your one wish..... your health.........along with happiness and forever beautiful memories! Miss him always, love him forever and feel his presence......he is there with you! always
Take care and see you in Feb

I just learned of George's passing and want to express my deepest sympathy. I worked with him at Powers, Kinder & Keeney and his brief stint at Little Medeiros. He was a wonderful, wonderful man. Hi Margaret and Elizabeth
I will always remember George as a person who truly enjoyed a good time and a great laugh!
He certainly had a special relationship with me and the rest of his extended Cummings family, being a "proud" card carrying 2nd degree member of the Order of the Moose and the special honour of the "Keeper of the Horns" for his fellow Moosehornians in Rhode Island!
I'll always remember that time on the river when we celebrated George & Margaret's 25th wedding anniversary!
Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

The George I know was one of the nicest people I have ever met in my lifetime. It was truley an honor to have known such a remarkable person as he was. He leaves this world with such an impression on anyone who has ever known him. A gentle man with a hugh heart that was always ready to give and never expect anything in return. That was someone we all could learn a leson from and God knows George you have impacted many lives. Now that you go to be with our heavenly Father above we know there is a special place there for you to. No more suffering, no more pain ,may you now rest in peace. Margaret and Elizabeth I am so sorry for the loss of George. He will be missed by all who knew him.
