To the Carter Family:
I was deeply saddened by hearing about the loss of Dr. Carter. We met when he came to work at the Providence Schools. He was a very caring man and worked very hard. I am sure some of our students that are probably young adults now would remember Dr. Carter as their teacher and Assistant Principal. I will miss our conversations when he came into the school department to visit.
May he rest in peace.
Joyce
