Stella Petrarca Obituary
Born in Providence, a daughter of the late Joseph J. and Mary (Gonsalves) Sousa she had been a life long Warwick resident.
Mrs. Petrarca was the beloved mother of Dolores M. DiMartino and her husband, Don, of Warwick and the late Rose Marie Gilbert. Sister of Mary Petrangelo of West Warwick and Elsie Cainiello of Warwick and the late Joseph Sousa. She is also survived by five grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, six great-great-grandchildren. The family would like to thank the members of the Warwick Council Knights of Columbus #2295 for their compassion.
Her funeral will be held Saturday at 9 a.m. from the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Home, 2435 Warwick Ave. with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Kevin Church, Sandy Lane at 10 a.m. Burial will be in St. Mary Cemetery, West Warwick. Visitation Saturday 8 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. Please omit flowers. Memorial contributions to the Warwick Food Bank, 224 Buttonwoods Avenue, Warwick, RI 02886 will be appreciated.
