Dear Barbara and family: My heartfelt sympathy on the loss of Skip. Having worked directly for him with Governor Noel, I had the pleasure of listening to the many accalades, compliments, and great testimony for all the good that he did for so many. He taught me so much; I will always remember him for his kindness, gentility, wisdom and love of family and respect for people. He and all his family will remain in my prayers for all the days of my life. God be with you.

Dear Mrs. McAloon, Skip Jr,Tara, Justin and Kate,

I am so very sorry for your loss. I pray that you are able to find peace in knowing that your husband and father is in a much better place where there is no pain and suffering. I will always remember Mr. McAloon's great smile. Last night while at my parents, we shared stories of our times together when we were just small children; Kate was everyone's baby! While the years have gone by and we have not seen each other we did get updates through the years from our parents who fortunatley remained dear friends with your parents. My father has lost his very best friend.....or as he says, "Skip was more than my friend, he was my brother". I am grateful that my father has wonderful memories and stories of their "brotherhood". While Mr. McAloon is gone from this earth his memories live on in all those who knew and loved him so. Again, my deepest sympathy to all of you.

Love, Lori Marsella-Levine

Dear Uncle Skip,
Some of my fondest childhood memories include you. Who knew that I would grow up to love a lobster so much - when the first time I ever saw one was when you came into the bathroom at Nonnie & Grompie's house on Block Island and pretended to put a live one in the tub with me!!!
Your sense of humor and friendly nature will be missed by all I am sure!
I know that Nonnie & Grompie welcomed you into their arms and will forever hold you in love and comfort.
Love always Uncle Skippy, Kelly Ann
