Manuel Pedro Obituary

PEDRO, MANUEL N., 69, of Greenwood St., Cranston died Saturday, September 29, 2007 at home surrounded by his loving family. He was the beloved husband of Maria (Rosa) Pedro and the late Zelia (Duarte) Pedro.

Born in Prados, Portugal, a son of the late Francisco and Antonia (Nunes) Pedro, he came to the U.S. in 1967, settling in Cranston.

Mr. Pedro was a supervisor and worked at Elmwood Sensors in Pawtucket for 36 years, retiring in 2003.

Besides his wife, he was the dear brother of Rosa Maria Rei and her husband Antonio Lucena Rei of Warwick, and the late John N. Pedro.

Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston on Tuesday at 9 a.m., followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Matthew's Church, Elmwood Ave., Cranston at 10 a.m. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS MONDAY 5-8 p.m. www.nardolillo.com
