My brother, Danny, and I have great memories of Kemper, Betty and Brad during our years growing up at Christ Episcopal Church. Both Brad's parents were wonderful people and our heartfelt sympathy goes out to him during this time.

What a wonderful journey this special lady made from beginning to end! I didn't know her personally only through her son. My heart goes out to you, Brad, and my prayers will be with you in the days ahead.

As a former member of the Norfolk and Western Law Department family many years ago in Roanoke, I have the fondest memories of Betty and Kemper Dobbins as well as their close friends, Tom and Evelyn Broker. Please accept my expression of sympathy and know that I share your loss.

Elizabeth was a most hospitable person and always made me feel welcome in her home.
And I can not forget Mr. Dobbins, a most gracious and entertaining individual.
Mrs. Dobbins will be sorely missed by this friend of her son.
