To The Family Of
Myrtle Craighead Collins
I am so sorry to learn of the loss of your loved one, when I lived in the Elliston area I only talked with Myrtle a few times. Each time when I did I remember that she always had a smile on her face, I am sure that she still has one now. God be with each of you during this difficult time.

Precious memories of Aunt Myrtle will be with my family always. She was married to my Grandfather Buford Collins's brother Arnold. I visited her a few months ago and spoke with her and Juanita for an hour or so. I talked of heaven and the Lord and how much he loved us and how those who trust Jesus as savior have a home in heaven not made with mans hands. I will miss her smile and have fond memories of her great meals that she cooked for us upon our visits. My mother (Reba Collins) and my sister Deborah Pegram Edwards said they will miss Aunt Myrtle too and had the same fond memories just like I do. All of us here look forward to being in heaven with Myrtle because we have trusted Jesus just as she had done years ago. We pray for the family & friends daily. Thank you aunt Myrtle for your loving kindness towards a little boy name Steve (nick name buzzie) Pegram that you showed as I grew up. I always wanted to show that type of heart and love towards people that you showed throughout your life. We will all meet again with Christ in that great reunion in Heaven.

I did not get to see Myrtle very often, but she was a very sweet and special person. When ever we had our family Christmas's in the past, I always looked forward to her wonderfull bread she always made. I am sorry for your family's loss. The Craighead family has always been a warm and loving family and I have been blessed to be able to share my life with them.

Dad, Aunts Geneva, Betty, Edith, and Juanita, Aunt Myrtle will always hold a special place in my heart for her unselfish love and care of Aunt Juanita over the years. She truly was an angel on earth. She did it all out of love for her family with never a complaint. My heart breaks for our family's loss , but I know that she is at home with Jesus now and for that I am so thankful. Love Pat
