Dear Family,
I will truly miss seeing Aunt Lucille at the family cookouts going forward. I was so blessed to be able to have one more visit with her last summer on the 4th of July at the family cookout in Kenbridge, VA. I will truly miss Aunt Lucille's stories and jokes. She always kept me laughing. I thank God for allowing us to have her for so many years and we are left with so many wonderful memories.

Dear Family of Lucille Blackwell,
Our thoughts and prayers are with you. We will never forget Mother Lucille Blackwell. Mother Blackwell was a tremendous blessing to our family and church family. She was a great "Woman of God." She loved Jesus and she let everyone know that she loved Him. She was not ashamed to let her light shine.
I know Heaven is having a glorious time. Now Mother Blackwell joins Elder Lonnie Wilson, Mother Edith Hall, Mother Ethel Franklin, Deacon James Board, Deacon Willie Rucker, Mother Nannie Cofer, Mother Betty Terry, Mother Stella Edwards, Mother Marie Brown, Mother Mary Hayes, Deacon Archiebald Mayo, and many others. Keep your heads up, family, we will all see them again and join them on that glorious day!!

My thoughts and prayers comes to you all,Lucille was a very and I mean a very special lady.She was beautiful in every way.She is going to be missed deeply and forever.She never met a stranger I do not believe and she had the prettiest smile ever,and every single time she hugged you you could feel the love just soar from her and it was a great great pleasure to have her as a friend,I know she is going to be standing by that glorious river with a golden Rod and fishing in the best waters ever and catching her limit,Lucille will be in our hearts always and god bless each and everyone of you and my sympathy comes your way
She will always be a legacy for many and we should all follow in her steps for they were glorious ones,her name will be a pleasure to hear every time she's spoken of,I will remember always but especially when ever I am at the cove a fishing .
