To the Hunter Family and the Church Family,

Our prayers are with you all. I will always remember Elder Hunter, as Baby Brother. He was such an inspiration to me when I live in Covington. I am so happy to have had him as a part of my life. I had looked so forward to coming
to Va, to be able to rejoice again, with him as the voice. God bless you all. Heavens gain, as you know he will be shouting all over the place. God be with all of you.

My heart goes out to the family of Elder Hunter. He was truly a man who practiced what he preached. I have never known anything about him except that he was a man after God's own heart. I truly believe that Heaven has gained another angel. May God comfort you in a way that only a loving and caring God can.

To the Hunter Family,
Superintendent Warner Hunter exemplified what it really meant to be a saint of God. I will forever cherish the time he unconditionally shared with me, helping to mold me into a responsible man of God. Words can never really convey all he meant to me. He was more than a pastor, friend, and mentor, he was my father. To the Hunter family I will always be there for you...and Gospel Tabernacle I will never ever forget what you did for me while residing at "Boys Home". A thousand tears for you I cried, if they could have kept you hear you never would have died. Good night Dad Hunter, I'll see you in the morning.

May God confort you during this time of transition. "Elder" is not loss so there nothing to find.Paul puts it best when he said," to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord." I am a distant cousin who heard the stories my mother(Martha Lou Davis-Melton) use to tell me about this dynamic family of God.For years, I have dedicated my prayers for your family's strenghth in the Lord and I thank God that the family is still continuing on in the ministry.May God bless you and the Gospel Tabernacle church Family.
