Opal was a wonderful, beautiful and sweet lady!! I was her neighbor for many years before she went into the nursing home and visited her several times at Richfield. I will never forget the first week we moved in from building our home, she bought me some vegetables from her and Albert's garden and a old cutting knife. She told me that every young couple needs a good knife. Her and Albert always shared wonderful stories and were always proud of their wonderful garden. She loved for me to come over and bring my son, Taylor, she enjoyed his stories and enjoyed telling him stories also. She will be missed greatly by our family, but I know she will be happy to be with the love of her life, Albert.
