I am so sorry for the loss of your dad and grandfather...it has been a very long time since I've seen you all and regret that very much. With much love and peace.

My deepest sympathy to the entire family. I worked with Gene for four years (1952-56) and had great respect and fondness for him. I covered some of Dick's high school and college basketball games aand thought a great deal of him. I also remember Laverne. I worked for Times-World in Roanoke for five years after leaving Bristol and often saw Dick's name, but never actually saw or talked with him---which I regret. All of you will continue to be in our thoughts and prayers.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you. We would like to come to the funeral home, but we are involved with a death in our family at the same time.
