I am so sorry to read about your loss. I always looked forward to seeing Mrs. Platt when I visited at Westminster Canterbury. I also enjoyed occasionally crossing paths with Billy and Katharine Ann. Your mother had a beautiful countenance and was so proud of her family. She will be missed by many. I will keep all of your family in my prayers.

We read of the passing of Louise in the Roanoke paper today and my heart goes out to the Platt Family. We have known Louise for many years and she always had a cheerful disposition and always would say something pleasant to you. She would leave a room a better place by her just gracing us with her wit and charm

Louise and my Aunt Martha were great friends. In fact, once, Louise, Aunt Martha, and I even took a trip to Virginia Beach together. When my mother, Epps Perrow, came to Westminster-Canterbury, it was a reunion for us. We had some good talks. I shall miss her. Dear family, I know you will, too.

To the loving family of Louise Platt...I am sooo sorry to hear about your mother dying. Our family and yours were so closely tied together for over 60 years. When we celebrated my mother's , Elizabeth Morris Mitchell, 85th birthday.....your mother was the only member invited outside of her own family...because your mother was that close to ours. Your mother was one of her best friends. My heart goes out to you as you deal with your loss. My sympathies are with you all.
