Joan D. Couch, 69, of Elliston, Va., passed away on Sunday, December 13, 2009. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. on Wednesday, December 16, 2009, at the chapel of John M. Oakey and Son, Salem, Va., 540-389-5441.
