To the Garza Family,

The memories I hold in my heart will stay with me forever. My memories of our drill team days, slumber nights, parades, putting up with our noises etc., just like a Dad.

I will always cherish those memories. I was blessed to share my life with you all, and I thank you, Mrs Garza, Louie, David, Mikie and Patty.

Love,

Robert Anderson

One of the finest men I had the pleasure of knowing. He investigated me on back ground before I entered the SAPD in 1964. I never heard anything about Louie that was anything but great, and it got better.
I'm sure he is in a much better place now. May God be with your family. Your friend, Robert E. Anderson SAPD (ret)
