David Jordan
AIKEN - Mr. David Jordan, age 52, of Aiken, S.C., loving husband for twelve years to Bernice Calderon Jordan, and son of the late Oscar Jordan and the late Joyce Hamiel Jordan, entered into rest at Aiken Regional Medical Center on Sunday, November 5, 2017. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his sister, Reanne Hancock of Aiken, S.C. He was born in Henderson, Kentucky but has spent most of his life in Aiken County, S.C. He enjoyed cooking and had worked as a Chef for many years. He was a devoted and loving husband. He shall be greatly missed by his family and all whose lives he touched during the 52 years that God granted him on this earth. Death cannot destroy precious memories, he shall live on forever in the hearts of his loved ones. A funeral service, celebrating his life, will be held in the Chapel of Napier Funeral Home on Wednesday evening, November 8, 2017 at 7:00 PM with Rev. Edward Hardee officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00 PM until the hour of service. Memorials, in his honor, may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 2711 Middleburg Drive, Columbia, S. C. 29204.
