To the family of Belton Hollums:

Belton was my friend and landlord for over 20 years. My partner, Dr. Eberbaugh, and I opened our first dental practice at the corner of wesley Chapel/Flat Shoals Road. We had a two page lease from Belton. We still marvel how when dealing with the Hollums, a mans word is good and you can take it to the bank. Now days our lease is some 35 pages because the trust level is just not there like it was with Belton, Hubert, and Ed. A wonderful man, a great family and an icon for his children and others to look up to.
