I was very close to my Aunt Connie and will miss her immensely. I am glad to have been part of her life. I enjoyed the trips we took to Azusa to see Aunt Frances and a trip to Palm Springs for a family wedding in February. I will also miss the regular phone calls and her opening statement, " just checking up on you". She was truly a wise and accepting woman who also happened to be my aunt.
