Dear Dad,
17 years ago today the lord called you home. I miss you each and every day and hope you know how much I miss our talks, our Friday night dinners and your warm and happy smile. The kids are doing great and you would be so proud of them. You are not forgotten and I´ll forever be grateful to be your daughter. Give Grandma a kiss from us too! All my love to you Daddy and remembering you today and every day. Love you so much, your daughter, Colleen Marie

To the family, I am so sorry for your loss. I knew Mr. Bob from the Kaperettes Majorette and Drum Corp. I will never forget the first practice he came to as our new instructor and we were scared to death of him, but that didn't last long. It didn't take long for us to realize what a good guy he was. I will always remember the Nationals at Notre Dame University with him and how much he taught us through the years.

Dear Daddy,
I miss you already. These last few months have been very hard but I am grateful for every moment that we got to share until the end. I am grateful that I saw you every day. I am grateful and proud to have been your daughter and grateful that my children got to share such special memories with their grandfather. Am I sad you are gone, definitely but I am grateful that you are no longer in pain. You said don't let the children forget me. Well Daddy, please don't forget me. Don't forget that I'll be here everyday thinking about and missing you. I love you Dad.

Dear Colleen,
Your Dad was a very talented man, that contribuited a great deal to the Drum Corps and Color Guard units of this area. His influenjce will be felt for many years to come. He was a wonderful friend, as stubborn as they come. He always told you the truth whether you wanted to hear it or not. We have a lot of love and respect for Bob, we will miss him dearly.
With love,

MR BOB,
YOU HAVE BEEN AN INSPIRATION TO ME IN DRUM & BUGLE CORPS. FROM THE MOMENT I MET YOU IN OCTOBER OF 1980 AT HAMILTON POST.YOU WERE ALWAYS THERE WITH ADVICE. AND WERE NEVER AFRAID TO TELL US TO (GET OUR HEADS OUT OF OUR HIND ENDS.) MANY A TRIP WE WENT ON FOR SHOWS FROM MD TO NEW YORK, LONG PRACTICES AT THE POST OR ON THE FIELD LEARNING OUR DRILL. YOU STUCK TO YOUR GUNS WHEN YOU KNEW YOUR CORPS WAS DONE WRONG. EVEN TO THIS DAY I STILL MARCH IN DRUM CORPS AND PUT ALL YOUR TEACHINGS TO GOOD USE EVEN WITH MY SON THAT MARCHES ALONG SIDE OF ME. WE WILL ALL MISS YOU, YOU ARE FOREVER A YANKEE REBEL AND I AM SURE YOU ARE MARCHING IN THAT BIG DRUM CORPS IN THE SKY.
