Michael Arpante Obituary
Born in Pittsfield on October 4, 1944 to the late Michael J. and Emma Mazzetti Arpante, he was a 1962 graduate of Pittsfield High School.
Mr. Arpante married the former Terryl Trudeau on July 14, 1966.
He had been employed by General Electric as an assembler for 39 years. Michael enjoyed bowling in the Regulator League and the Men's Pro League at Imperial Bowling. He also played slow-pitch softball for the City of Pittsfield, and enjoyed going to the gym.
Mr. Arpante is survived by his beloved wife of 55 years, Terry Arpante of Pittsfield; son Anthony of Brooklyn, NY; daughter Michelle of Blackstone, MA; sisters Elaine Fredericks and husband Michael of Hinsdale, MA, and Donna Lagrotteria of Lenox, MA. As well as his four grandchildren, Kyle, Aren, Liev, and Sadie.
FUNERAL NOTICE: Funeral services will be held, THURSDAY, October 14, 2021 at 11 a.m. at Dery Funeral Home, 54 Bradford St, Pittsfield, MA, officiated by Rev. William Furey. Calling hours will precede the service from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in his name to the Berkshire Humane Society in care of the funeral home.
