Ed was my father, Lewis Davenport's, best friend. I don't remember my life with hearing "Ed said this" or "Ed said that". After my father left Potter County, they spoke on the phone every single Sunday. I joked that they were worse than teenagers they'd be on the phone so long! At least he gets to enjoy Pat's peach upside down cake again! RIP Ed!!!!
