My condolences to Helen's family at this sad time. I worked at the VA and always enjoyed Helen's stories of her military service, especially when she was a Drill Sargeant. She was a delightful character and I'm sure she will be greatly missed.

Melissa, Danny and Brian, I am so sorry for your loss. Your mom was a sweet, funny lady. I enjoyed visiting and talking about old times , and mostly about you guys, when she was at the VA.
She will be missed.

My sympathies to all of Helen's loved ones. I hadn't known about her illness and did miss seeing her at the VA. I met Helen over 20 years ago when she came into my salon. I remember her full of energy and always cheerful and smiling.
