I met Ben while working at Traffic Regulators in Avoca, PA. As a co- worker, Ben was a cut above the rest, great work ethic, motivated, and a team player. We rode to work together on many jobs and I got to know him well. He was a great guy and very intelligent. I'll remember him always and extend my most sincere condolences to his entire family.
