Philip Parmley Obituary
Born in Dayton, Ohio, he was the son of Jerry and Judy Davis Parmley, was a graduate of East High School, West Chester and did contract work at White Haven Center, White Haven.
Philip was preceded in death by his grandparents.
He is survived, in addition to his parents, by his sister, Tammy; aunt, Judy, and uncles, Tom and Robert; and cousins, John and Steve.
Arrangements are by Lehman Family Funeral Service Inc., White Haven.
Services will be conducted at a time to be announced at the White Haven Center, White Haven.
