Zelma Downey Obituary
She died on Thursday, Feb. 6, 2020, at Baptist Health in Louisville.
She is survived by her mother, Sylvia Clark Downey, of Eminence, Kentucky; a brother; an adopted daughter, Robin Michele Burton and husband, Gary, of Campbellsville; a niece; a nephew and a great-niece.
She was preceded in death by her father, Sam Downey.
Funeral service was held at 1 p.m. on Feb. 11, 2020, at Sholar Funeral Home of Pleasureville, Kentucky, with Rev. Jacky Newton, pastor of Franklinton Baptist Church, officiating.
Burial followed in Franklinton Cemetery.
L.R. Petty Funeral home was in charge of arrangements.
