I never knew Dwight, but my brother Doug is married to his daughter Janie. I know through her and her strong values what a good father he must've been. Janie has a very tender, loving heart that shows everyday with her interaction with people -- some who she doesn't even know. I know how much her father meant to her as she travelled long distances to visit with him for birthdays, father's day and to participate with him during holidays, etc. Reading his obituary shows what a large impact he made in his life for our country along with sharing his guidance and values with his children. I know he will be missed by his daughters. May God bless them all with the many memories of a great man and the loss they will experience in upcoming days.
